Gables Residential
Gables Residential wanted a premier showcase for their high-end residential and mixed-use communities, while increasing online inquiries from their target audiences.
Over the course of 18 months, I directed the design effort for four communities. I then worked with each of the community managers to prototype a loyalty website for residents and retailers alike.
Outcomes:
- Designed lead funnels that increased enquiries and rental inquiries by over 30%
- Created a successful, social media based lead generation program responsible for more than
25% of total leads - Developed a prototype loyalty website for residents and retailers with over a 60% adoption
rate on launch
